TIPS
Add a ladle of water over the stones for more heat
Wear your sauna hats - A sauna hat regulates your head temperature by providing thermal insulation, allowing you to stay in the heat comfortably for longer periods without getting dizzy. Because hot air rises, the upper part of a sauna room reaches the highest temperatures. A dense, natural hat shields your head, ears, and scalp from this intense, direct heat load
Bluetooth - HCS-5104
IMPORTANT
Please insure you turn the sauna off on the red and yellow isolator after use so its horizontal.
